Just for a minute, think about those friends, family members, and co-workers who keep hinting that they want some of what you have. We want you to give them a little nudge.
To those who may be peeking at this website…just itching to come and try it, we have a plan for you. How much better can you look and feel in 6 weeks? Well…
On August 20th, drop off your kids at school, put on your favorite workout shorts, and begin your journey to a healthier you. The Alexandria CrossFit Boot Camp is targeting stay-at-home moms, those no longer fighting the rat race, and anyone else with a flexible schedule. Sessions will run MWF from 10-11am, and will mostly be held at the CF Gym, but will also incorporate a couple field trips to the track, etc. We will also cover nutrition, (the Paleo way), proper running form, and work to prepare for a 5k run. (Komen is Sept 29th). Participants can also receive additional coach access via phone and email, as well as additional individual support. This is a NO INTIMIDATION program. All workouts will be scaled based on individual abilities.
For those of you with kids, child care will be available upon request in advance.
Reach out to anyone who trains with us. Get their success story. Regardless of the fitness goal, this is a great opportunity to get off of the couch and into the gym.
