New Class!! We will start a 30 min gymnastics class next week. Every M, W & F at 5:00pm sharp come out to get better at pull ups, handstand push ups, hand stands or muscle ups. The class will consist of body weight strength exercises, drills and position work.
This week's watch party for the announcement of 14.2 will be at Outlaws BBQ, Thursday, 6:30pm. Rob is going to have sweet potatoes topped with beef on the menu! Bring your iPads. This is very informal. Stop by to eat and visit with friends. Bring the family.
