1) Deadlift:
3 sets x 5 reps @ 77%
1 sets x 8 – 12 reps @ 60%

2) Complete 7 Rounds for time:
10 Wall Balls (20/14LB)
5 Handstand Push (sub 10 Hand release push ups)

***If you are competing in Battle of the Fittest, complete the following today:

1) Row at an easy pace for 8 min.

2) 3 rounds not for time
3 tall box jumps
3 max distance broad jumps
2 min hip mobility
2 min shoulder mobility
