  • May 20, 2013

    1) Run 1 mile for time

    2) Alternate between the following:

    Back Squat:
    3 x 5 reps
    (70 – 80% of last week’s weight)

    Max strict pull ups (5 minimum, do weighted if you can get 10 or more strict)

    3) 3 rounds not for time:
    15 v-ups
    30 sec overhead squat hold with barbell

 

Competition WOD

  • May 20, 2013

    1) Halting Snatch Pulls
    7 x 2 reps @ 80%
    (2 sec pause at 1″ above knee)

    2) Snatch Balance
    4 x 3 reps @ 60%

    3) Front Squat
    4 x 5 reps @77%

    4) 5 rounds
    5 x weighted pull ups
    3 -5 front levers
