1) Bench Press
3 x 5 reps ascending

2) 5 rounds for time
10/8 Push Ups (hand release)
8 Lunges w/ bar in front rack (95/65lb)

3) 2 rounds not for time:
10 ring dips
10 L pull ups (or strict w/ no L)

Tomorrow is going to be a lot of fun at every class! We are doing something never before done in CFA history!

Also, tomorrow Row Class returns! Row will take the place of Yoga for the time being. Come get your row on at 6pm tonight.

This Friday and Saturday there will be Open Gym only and no regular classes. This will give the coaches some time to celebrate Easter and spend time with family and friends.
