6 Box Jump Overs (24/20″)
9 Pushups

1:30 Minutes Forearm Plank
1:30 Minutes Push-Up Plank
1:30 Minutes Right Side Plank (Raise top leg if able)
1:30 Minutes Left Side Plank (Raise top leg if able)
Then……….25 x Toes To Bar
