Battle of the Fittest will be held again on August 30 at the Alexandria Riverfront Center! If you would like to participate, click here. What we really need is volunteers and judges for the day long event. If you could help, please send an email at info@alexandriacrossfit.com. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to a local charity which we are in the process of choosing.

Next Friday, July 25th is bring a buddy day at CFA! Bring a friend with you to any class to try CF!
